Shipping policy

While it may seem like Jessica has a team at her disposal, she does not. Processing time is typically 7 days and most packages are shipped the Saturday after you order. Please be patient. If you have not received a shipping notice after 14 days please reach out at shop@jessicascott.net. 

Shipping times/rates are chosen by you at checkout. Shipping is done via USPS and once the package leaves us, it is out of our control. We do not have any other information on your packages other than what is shown in your tracking visible to you.
